Atty. Rovero received his Bachelor of Laws from San Beda University - Manila. He earlier graduated Cum Laude from Adamson University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. He was admitted as a Certified Public Accountant in the year 2001.
Being a partner earlier of an audit firm, Atty. Rovero rendered accounting and auditing advisories, prepared journals, ledgers, and financial statements, as well as provided tax compliance services, comprehensive tax reviews, tax due diligence, tax planning engagements, and litigation support.
